Shipping Policy
We aim to ship your order within 2-3 days of your purchase, if your item is being custom made please allow an extra day on top of this while we make and finish your item.
Orders may be shipped with Royal Mail or individual courier. Prices for shipping are below (UK only):
Standard delivery: 3-5 business days - £3.45
Signed for delivery: 1-2 business days - £5.99

If you require international delivery please get in touch and we will give you a customised cost depending on region and how many items you wish to order.

Returns Policy
We hope you are completely satisfied with your order, however if you are not please contact us immediately and we will do everything we can to resolve the issue.
We take great care in ensuring our items are not damaged in transit, however please inspect your item on arrival and inform us immediately if there is any damage. Please note that air bubbles are a unique feature of the product and are NOT considered a defect.
If you wish to return an order please email us at info@grahamandcohome.com with your order number and reason for return. Once we have accepted your return request please post the item back packaged as you have received it to ensure it gets back to us in the same condition. We recommend you use a tracked posting service as we will not be responsible for the loss or damage of the item that you have returned. Once we have received the item back we will issue a refund minus the original shipping value.

We cannot accept returns after 14 days of delivery, on any custom made orders or sale items.
